The Chair of the SOPAC Governing Council gave her approval this morning to
release the Proceedings of the SOPAC 32nd Session held in Niue at the end of
the September 2003.

Hardcopies will be available from the SOPAC Secretariat from mid-next week,
and mailout to subscribers and participants along with the final 32nd
Session CD will follow immediately after.
