Some of you may think that everybody hurts with increasing oil prices. This
is not true. There are a couple of winners. Take for instance the
international oil companies that traditionally supply the Pacific region.
They have posted their net profits for 2005 as follows:
Mobil 36 billion US$
Shell 23 billion US$
BP    20  billion US$

That makes almost 80,000,000,000 US $ or 40 times the GDP of Fiji.
