Bula Mo,
The concept note is OK. The understanding is that this is the amended note that was to be circulated.
The only issue that may be missing from the Pacific Platform concept note is to leave the opportunity for the partnership to create much needed links to the emergency relief and rehabilitation networks that may exist (although not at present) in the future....hint
Thanks
Fei

Dear Partners,
Attached please find the revised concept note for the proposed Pacific Platform for DRM as was discussed at our annual meeting held in Nadi late last month and I would be grateful for your comments please by Friday 29th August 2008 . I do apologise for the delay in sending this out to you but unfortunately certain challenges have inhibited our ability to get this to you earlier.
I look forward to receiving your comments and thank you for your undestanding.
Regards,
Mo.
